Maurice Patton at the Tennessean is reporting that ESPN will televise the SEC inter-divion showdown between what will probably be a ranked Auburn Tigers squad and the No. 21 Vanderbilt Commodores.

The game is now scheduled for Saturday, October 4 at 5:00 p.m. central.

The self-titled "World-wide Leader in Sports" will broadcast Vanderbilt football on its flagship network for the ninth time ever, but the second time this season.

It will also mark only the second time since the Commodores' 1996 home game against Notre Dame that ESPN will broadcast from Vanderbilt Stadium.

In 17 appearances on ESPN networks, the 'Dores have won only 3 times, but they're 3-2 in the past five broadcasts.
